Partnership Development and Management: Built strong partnership with leading fortune  medical technology corporations (global headquarters and in-country filed operations); their grant recipients; ministries of education, health and welfare; multilateral service organizations, and NGOs to establish quality teaching program  in rural Mozambique.

A facility for continuum of care for financially needy elderly, ranging from independent living to hospice care, operated by religious order, Little Sisters of the Poor. 

Selected for expertise in long-term care for the elderly and vast fundraising and communications experience. Assumed responsibilities for first professional development office in the order’s  year service history in Baltimore County; establishing infrastructure (database development, record keeping, financial tracking); reinvigorating $ million dollar capital campaign; ensuring general operating support. 

. Created/ implemented strategic capital campaign plan; secured $ million dollars ( month period) through donor acquisition;  foundation grant; “Adopt Saint Martin’s”  Baltimore Archdioceses campaign; establishment of “Clergy Council” to formally solicit funds from parishes
