HAR SS Closing and Funding Auditor, Prelim Closer – Prepared preliminary closing packages, assisting closers with overload of work.  After doing this for 1.5 months, was shifted to preparing closing packages that were sent out to borrowers prior to finalizing loans.  After several months of auditing, was put back through training to learn complete closing packages.  This entailed working with settlement agents, notary closers and the borrowers.  Introduction / update calls were made as well as final information and answering questions with the borrower.
