v Validated and released over 4 releases of Intel® PROSet Wireless Software application (PROSet Wireless software) that is used by millions of users, this software works in conjunction with Intel® PRO/Wireless Network Connection (Intel WLAN adapter) that connects Intel® Centrino® (Centrino) platform to a wireless network. Represented the team by sending team wide status report showing progress and risks.

v Involved in developing, automating and running test cases for more than 1000 testcases using VB scripts & proprietary tool and implementing test plans & cases that was built on product requirement and design document for key WiFi features such as security, basic connectivity, power, and profile management.

v For more than 4 generations of Centrino platform performed interoperability and compatibility testing for PROSet Wireless software and its API combining with Intel WLAN adapter against various WiFi Access Points (AP) such as Ralink, Cisco, Marvell, Atheros, and Linksys, this effort increased the support matrix of Intel WLAN adapter and drove the adoption of Centrino platforms.

v Automated WiFi alliance test cases for 802.11abg and 802.11n Intel WLAN adapter, tested the product with diverse WiFi certified APs and numerous WiFi configurations, this helped the organization to speed up the certification process thus saving time and money.

v Involved in various process improvements and customer focused initiatives such as ensuring customer issues were incorporated into test cases and plan, participated in “Powered-by” team to perform usability testing, and involved in test case and plan audit meetings, this helped in catching bugs in upstream of software development cycle and improve usability of the software.
