      Digestion of Lambda DNA, Genomic DNA isolation.

• Cell Culture: Handled different explant culture in PTC, Micropropagation of Explants.


• Immunology: Double Immunodiffusion, Electrophoresis, Counting of WBC and RBC, Blood Group test.


• Instrument Handled: UV Spectrophotometers, Incubators, centrifuges, Electronic balance, Autoclave, Colony Counter, Oven.
