Collect and analyze participant feedback and manage applicable resources: Updates to Web Site, Management guide, job aides, etc. Provide all Logistic support for Business Partners, Internal/External Customers at (3) on-site and (4) off-site locations: Coordinates, Schedules and Set Up all Training/Learning Events: Utilizes the Learning Management System (LMS) tools to manage on-line registrations, billings and maintains training records, produces class materials, certificates, evaluations. Perform various media services, (i.e., videotaping); perform various administrative tasks and provide backup support to team members.

Maintained database of information on training opportunities related to APEX courses. Act as a preliminary point of contact for inquiries about courses and training activities organized by Raytheon.
