Currently I am providing my service as maintenance/ handyman on a part time bases at Smith Kettlewel Eye Research Institute in San Francisco CA.
Responsibilities: I am responsible of responding a work orders, write time and materials estimates; prioritize work schedule depending on urgency; suggest the need to outsource projects to local vendors. In addition to administrative responsibilities, I am responsible to maintain rental properties habitability. i.e. painting, drywall, cabinet installations, electrical, plumbing, decks construction, concrete work, and other building maintenances.
