Program Manager
LeGacy Resource Corporation Headquartered in TN Position in CA-November 20, 2006 to June 29, 2007:
Position was relocated to Mississippi.

Exceeded in the start-up and implementation of a Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) NASA contract with an 8a government Contractor company, being bid as Program Manager, contributing to the RFP and subsequently being awarded the contract for the Agency-wide Contract Close Out Services for 9 NASA Centers across the US. Exceeded with no available infrastructure, developing the program from the ground up, solving problems, managing customer expectations and introducing initiatives while managing against a stringent MSA/SLA/SOW.

• Led the successful start up and implementation in an accelerated, and customer recognized Phase In of 30 days as opposed to customary 90 days; succeeding in all contract aspects to comply with requirements against the MSA/SLA/SOW and FAR.
• Virtual team management of 32 direct reports situated at 9 NASA Centers across the US; responsible for team development, hiring, succession training, safety and ethics training, PIP and disciplinary actions.
• Developed and produced all monthly deliverables, which included monthly, quarterly financial 533M and 533Q reports in partnership with finance; detailed narrative status reports, action plans, sensitive information training and other reports for 9 NASA Centers.

SC/Operations Manager-
Ensemble/Axium At Cisco Systems Inc, San Jose, April 10, 2006-October 2, 2006

Selected, hired, trained and managed a team in a start up environment against a MSA/SLA, between employer and Cisco, as a Managed Service Provider, within a deadline driven environment, for the purpose of Contingent Labor Sourcing; working with and training Cisco Project and Program Managers in technical SOW development for IT and Customer Advocacy. Responsible for partnering with Cisco in the evolution of change management from existing outsourcing models, and driving down costs with external B2B partners via vendor management and strategic negotiations. Responsible for vendor management, scorecards, QBR’s and collecting metrics data related to the program. Six direct reports.

• Provided technical SOW expertise to Cisco in SOW development, legalese, mod to contract/CR's and termination of contracts for failure to perform/convenience issues.

Contract management and administration against a repair/ production environment for a global customer base, supporting various military aircraft/pilot parts. Included, but not limited to, import/export, contract briefs, labor analysis, processing of contract modifications, new PO's, shipping documentation, tracking and financial reconciliation.

Johnson Controls/IAP World Services, NASA Ames Research Center, Mt. View, CA March 2005-May 2005

Performed sub-contract re-negotiation with eight sub-contractors supporting a prime facilities contract at the NASA Ames Research Center. Restructured eight contracts to align with new SOW; addressing new requirements, with built in mechanisms for efficiencies and re-dress for sub-standard performance.
