I helped implement BIM at HHCP Architects. A team of 4 completed construction documents for a 19 story complicated timeshare tower. We coordinated the structural, civil & MEP consultant’s work, which was in CAD. Following that I (with architect PM) did the amenities for the same resort in Revit. I AM a self motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I can work independently as well as part of a team.
I am a senior drafter with 17 years experience in AutoCAD and 3 years in Revit. I can personally take Schematic Design through to Design Development to Permit Drawings and Construction Administration. I’m very familiar with building industry standards & codes; my work can be built. I’ve been a project coordinator for several years and project manager on 3 jobs.

• Created DDs for new Dark Ride at ITEC Entertainment, reviewing/ verifying existing architectural, structural, ride engineering and special effects. Coordinating & supporting two separate projects, same ride and similar effects, but two sets of building type, conditions, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Completed Construction Docs for John Henry Designs Intl. of a $7 million dollar Event Center. Converted foreign drafting program files to AutoCAD, from metric to imperial. United two different designer’s vision. Worked closely with structural engineer and architect to explore alternate construction methods for value engineering while maintaining elegance. Developed the architectural drawings and coordinated permit set entirely through the internet.
