The 14 Burley varieties of plants from different regions are selected and, then from that plants collected leaves and isolated the DNA by CTAB method and then it is purified and subjected to PCR with SSR and RAPD primers. PCR products loaded in the agarose gel. The counted bands were tabulated in scorable table and subjected to UPGMA cluster analysis by NTSYS-pc software version 2.02. Dendrogram constructed using UPGMA cluster analysis depicting Polymorphism among the 14 Tobacco Burley varieties.. SSR marker shows better results than RAPD. Polymorphism analysis can be used to produce better yield plants with true Plant Breeding .
