Project Manager – Project Management for federal and commercial construction projects up to 6 million dollars. Responsibilities include: Contract Administration: Prime and Subcontractor, pay requests, Prime and sub change orders, purchase orders, submittals, close-out procedures and documents, obtaining performance and payment bonds, insurance, monitoring same on subcontractors’. Project meetings. Directed and managed Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Suppliers. Supervision of support staff. Obtained bids and quotes from subcontractors and suppliers. 2006 to 2007 - MORGAN BUILDING SYSTEMS

Executive Assistant/Coordinator - Proposals/Estimating Department: Initial point-of-contact for submission and review of RFP/RFQs in excess of 5 million dollars submitted from nationwide sales lots, determining erroneous construction methods and missing components.
