Professional experience:
*Base Transciever Station / Transmission Installer Engineer in MCI: June 2005 – September2007
Private Company; The subcontractor of Public Operator in Iran (MCCI),Tehran
I was also working as BTS & Node B & Radio Transmission Installer or Radio installer with experience on Ericsson & NOKIA GSM /UMTS equipment .I can : Install the IDB by OMT - Install Earth Quake Bracing. Install Surge Arrestors and Ground. Install Pwr Cables for Node B (Label and Dress).Install Pwr Cables for Telco Rack (Label and Dress).Install Ground Cable for Node B (Label and Dress).Install T1 Cable (Label and Dress)- Terminate all the T1s to the OVP-Install DC Breakers for Node B (4x).Install RF Jumpers utilizing co-site solution.Sweep RF Jumpers .Label and Dress RF Jumpers.Download commissioning script to NodeB. Set DXU in local mode -Repair and checking E1 traffic routing - sweep tests-Ability to understand, operate, calibrate, and interpret the test results for the various test equipment such as: T1 tester, Power meter, Air Interface System Analyzer, RF line analyzer, Earth Ground Resistivity meter. Removal of old BTS/Radio/Antenna and installing new ones.and have a knowledge in installation of telecommunications equipment (ISDN, DS1, analog,..).

-Provide field support for new cell construction in the following areas: on site supervision, equipment delivery coordination, path alignment coordination, equipment installation, cell integration, and cell optimization. Experience in new cell site acquisition preferred (zoning hearings, site design, regulatory, integration)- Software audits on RNC and NodeBs & QA all work performed by tower crews in support of the antenna swaps .
Provide field support for connecting and reconnecting , disconnecting , upgrading, downgrading, and relocating ;and also for installing , connecting various options available with customer´s equipment for WCDMA & GSM Network.
