Lean Manager – (2007 – Present)
Responsible for the organization’s Lean transformation including the Lean Roadmap, Lean improvement projects and Lean training and mentoring program.

Selected Contributions – Memorial Health System:
• Led improvement project in Outpatient Radiology Scheduling and Registration that reduced patient registration wait time by 47% and improved patient satisfaction scores by an average of 5% without additional staff.
• Developed Lean deployment roadmaps for GI Lab and Surgery departments that created an immediate reduction in overall inventory and, with the implementation of 5S, saved the organization over $100k by eliminating the need to relocate the GI Lab department to a larger space.
