Description The Itaconic acid production by already isolated
Aspergillus terreus was investigated under Submerged fermentation by optimizing different parameters such as pH, Temperatrure, substrate concentration, inoculum level and incubation time. The production of itaconic acid was measured at the regular intervals of 24 h by estimating the protein,glucose,itaconic acid estimations.
