Knowledge of BLAST & FASTA, DATA sequencing and interpretation.
3. Culture techniques:-
Plant tissue culture techniques-including initiation, maintenance and response analysis of Callus, Embryo, Organ and Meristem culture.
4. Microbiology:-
Various bacterial culture, staining methods, antibiotic sensitivity test.
5. Immunology:-
Immuno diffusion, Immuno Electrophoresis, ELISA.
6. Genetics:-
Transformation, Conjugation, Isolation of Auxotrophic and Drag registance mutant, Isolation and Estimation of total DNA and RNA.
7. Molecular biology:-
DNA Isolation, Plasmid Isolation ,RNA Isolation, PCR, RT-PCR, RAPD, Cloning, DNA Sequencing, Oligonucliotide synthesis, SDS PAGE, different blotting techniques.

Thalassaemia major and intermedia both are responding only those cases where patient’s mean HbF level is 12-95%(average-20%)

Here we see, ideal biodiversity between (approx) over 330 plant species and 486 animal species.
