• Drove the development of new policy and procedure documentation covering security, SDLC and change management. In the process, identified risk exposures and defined remediation programs to correct those issues.

Restructured operations and engineering for Shopping.com, a rapidly expanding eBay subsidiary. Developed a comprehensive IT Governance model and executed against that vision, building a culture of discipline and accountability within this -member technology group.
• Initiated Project Management Office and standard processes in project and change management. Developed portfolio planning and optimization processes in alignment with business goals. Determined project initiation process, reporting and measurement criteria for strategic portfolio alignment with organizational balanced scorecard.
• Spearheaded sustainable automated controls to manage risk, including disaster recovery, information security, capacity planning and change control. These defensive measures ensured cost-effective, uninterrupted, secure, smoothly operating technology systems.
