Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment
Developed the Recruitment Process for the company considering expanding manpower requisition
Identifying methods of sourcing and coordinating with the sources
Arranged on-campus placement by short listing CVs and scheduling HR interviews
Conducting Mathematics, Technical and TST tests followed by Technical and HR interview
Completed administrative formalities e.g. forwarding Employment application form, CV, Experience letters, Interview assessment form to the concerned person
Maintained details of candidates going through Recruitment Management System (RMS)

Induction/Orientation
Developed the Induction process for the company
