Completed a full website evaluation for the Instructor Resource Center that included a Usability Review, Functionality Review, Design Review, recommendations for the future, as well as creation of a user-friendly feedback mechanism that will be used to collect feedback from the greater user base.
Produced all aspects of Academic Instructor Focus Group, including all logistics, discussion content, budget tracking and management, creation of feedback mechanisms, and creation of a feedback data collection database to be used for this, and future like events.

Continued to manage our largest account - Microsoft - and was the primary Account Manager for the Microsoft Partner University, their Partner Channel online learning vehicle. This included proposing and designing new online training modules, documenting scope and requirements, pricing, vendor and contractor relations, bottom line financial management of each project and final billing/ reconciliation. Also included managing cross-functional activities, schedule management and project implementation.
Responsible for procedure and process improvement and created the "Project Manager's Toolkit" that included 15 templates tailored to our business for use in project management to maintain continuity in our customer dealings.
Managed the Microsoft Ready, Set, Go! program which is an eCommerce incentive program for the US Partner Channel sales force. Included all of the project management functions mentioned above for Go To Market campaigns.
Responsible for design and implementation of Customer Service procedures that detailed the various requirements of the individual Microsoft Partner Types and trained personnel on this.
