This position consisted of answering phones with a very friendly voice. I set appointments if necessary .This position required computer knowledge of at least ten different programs and you had to try to memorize all the numeric codes for all the different services. There was tire truck everyday that the tires had to be put away. I did customer reminder appointments and mailed letters for reminding them what services was due next. There was filing , cleaning and closing procedures that was done everyday. Goodyear sent me to Tire Academy and Sales Academy .
