My professional background includes 20 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical, medical, and hospital sales, training, management, marketing, and leadership curriculum development. I created, developed, and facilitated business leadership training programs and facilitated seminars for mid- and senior-level pharmaceutical executives, and consistently remained in the top 10% nationwide ranking.
My pharmaceutical skills also consist of technological experience, including software design, cross functional project management proficiency, market research and analytics experience, competitive intelligence examination, and company branding and positioning, especially with regard to marketing and web design. I have multiple therapeutic area expertise, including KOL relationships, among many physician specialty groups.
My educational background is focused on leadership; I hold a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Innovation from Wilmington University, a Masters in Administration from West Chester University, and a BS in Marketing from St. Joseph’s University. In addition to completing corporate sales and sales management training programs, I am certified by the Wharton School’s Professional Business Relationship Program.
I have university level teaching experience as an adjunct professor at Immaculata University, where I serve as an instructor and research advisor in the Lifelong Learning College on campus, online, and at regional locations in the Bachelor of Arts in Organization Dynam ics and Bachelor of Arts in Human Performance Management programs.
