Providing maintenance to the customer for their account, either online or in mainframe.

Providing excellent customer service to both the sales representative and the customer themselves.

Extensive use and knowledge of programs such as Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Clarify, MainFrame, BCCENT, & OfficeMaxsolutions.com.
