o Notifying the terminated employee of their right to continue benefits under COBRA
o Tracking monthly premiums and submitting payments to accounting
o Notifying insurance carrier of terminated employee’s coverage status

· Prepare job descriptions, in conjunction with department managers, which:
o Will be used to conduct employee annual performance reviews
o Meet compliance guidelines with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
o Forward all necessary paperwork to accounting for payroll processing
· Administer worker’s compensation/disability insurance claims for all active states
· Complete and submit all unemployment related paperwork
· Arrange for temporary workers on an as needed basis
· Control the analysis, collection and maintenance of Human Resource records as needed by the company or required by state and/or federal law
