As Vice President and Manager of National Delivery for First Horizon, I was a key contributor in planning and implementation of the national expansion initiative. Under my management, consumer and small business deposit growth grew from zero to $341 million. I have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

1981-Present First Horizon National Corporation

First Horizon Home Loans, Irving TX
V.P. and Manager of National Delivery, 2003 – present
Analyzed corporate sales goals and determined distribution of such to sales staff for maximum revenue achievement. Provided reports on sales results and revenue growth to Senior Management. Hired, trained, coached and managed the national cross sell workforce, consisting of regional managers and cross sell specialists. Workforce consisted of as many as 115 employees in 33 states. Directly responsible for 19 banking facilities in 13 states. Responsible for oversight of cross-sell procedures, to include compliance, and systems used by cross-sell managers, cross-sell employees, and support staff in the National Delivery division. Developed, implemented and managed key performance indicators and performance management system related to the national cross-sell initiative. Reviewed and approved reward and recognition programs to determine most effective method of compensation for cross-sell employees. Coordinated with marketing managers to identify collateral and additional support materials needed for effective cross-selling.

First Horizon Financial Center, Addison Texas
Southern Region Cross Sell Coordinator, 2000 – 2003
Coordinated and directed the offering of bank products through the mortgage origination channel. Conducted training of mortgage branch loan officers in the components of banking products. Monitored, tracked and reported the results of banking product sales and recommended areas for improvement. Processed new account documentation. Worked directly with customers to open new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and resolve issues. Managed Financial Center infrastructure including ATM and security system.
