• I was responsible for the general financial needs of members by giving information on their accounts as a Teller. As a Loan Officer, I was responsible for opening/closing accounts, assisting members in applying loans (Home Equity/Lines, Auto, Credit Cards, Unsecured, and Business Loans). I was also responsible for cross-selling other bank products for other departments of the bank.
