2003 to current Condo Care Management( Multi Site )
 H.O.A Manager over 11 different buildings
 Duties included collection of all homeowner dues in a timely manner, payment of all accounts payables pertaining to
 each independent association Payment of all accounts payable receipts as well as bank reconciliation
 Implementing capital improvements and over seeing the whole project from start to finish. Dealing with permits, structure inspections by the City of Dallas, responsible for overseeing contractors such as landscapers, plumbers, painters etc. Held monthly board meetings with homeowners, elections of new board members and monthly financial reporting to each board president.

 Duties included day to day function of the property. Daily inspections, tenant relations/retention.
 Monthly reporting to owners and Management Co.
 Duties also included leasing, evictions, liens collections, maintenance crew and housekeeper/porter
Also took care of capital improvements such as new roofs sub-flooring installation, exterior painting etc. Over saw all maintenance personnel, also dealt with vendors and outside contractors. Implemented marketing strategies to include surveys, specials etc.

1993 to 2000 Murchison Property Mgmt. (550) Units Property Supv.(Multi Site)
 Over saw 9 different buildings all with on-site managers. Oversaw all management personnel to include assistant manager’s maintenance personnel and housekeepers. In charge of hiring new management personnel as well as termination. Implemented new procedures on operations of each building as well as marketing and tenant retention.
 Took care of all bank deposits for all properties, as well as monthly reporting to the different owners of each property. Weekly reports collected from each on-site manager and weekly inspections of each property. Implemented all capital improvements on buildings that were requiring extensive work such as painting, roofing, gutter replacement, balcony and porch replacement. Acquired all bids for work and obtained approval from owners.
