Began as a Billing Clerk. After 3 months of temporary employment, was hired full time as a Corporate Billing Trainer. Traveled the country training billing personnel.
Promoted to Corporate Trainer. Responsible for corporate training of managerial and clerical staff in 23 branch offices in 8 regions across the USA. Trained individuals on Sales, Customer Service, Data Entry, Billing, Collections, and Dispatch. Responsibilities also included creating and updating office policies and procedures for every discipline in the company, as well as creating lesson plans for myself and other trainers. Training sessions ranged from one-on-one to a classroom of up to 10 individuals; one to five days in duration.
