Prepared and managed construction and labor budgets for run crews and shops.
Finance: Prepared budgets and created intricate worksheets for fiscal accountability. Supervised the maintenance of financial controls and budgeting process in accounting, vendor relations and business aspects of all departments. Acted as financial liaison to Board of Directors.
Human Resources: Superior interpersonal skills including conflict mediation, contract negotiation and execution, supervision and evaluation of personnel.
Retail Management: Responsibilities include sales, customer service, staff hiring, training, scheduling and inventory. Since June, 2006 sales team increased volume of sales by 17% with consistent ranking in the top 5 out of 19 stores in Division 3 – Nevada and California.
