Professional Experience

2004-2005 Board of Directors Alameda Art Center. Volunteer Coordinator. Trained and managed over 100 volunteers to cover all shifts, managed hours and volunteer communication services. Assisted preparing monthly exhibits including jury process, assisted show and event production, public relations and sales. As board member participated in the direction and management of the gallery.

2000 U.S.S. Hornet. Volunteer Coordinator. Met with veterans, and performed other duties for installation including docent, information and consolation services during exhibition of Viet Nam Veterans Memorial Moving Wall.

1984-1997 Owner, Candelario Associates. Business, marketing and asset management consulting services. Identified opportunities, prepared client proposals, presentations and interviews. Authored business and marketing plans for small arts businesses in several states. Designed, developed and installed corporate media asset and inventory management systems, including training and documentation. Supervised projects. Conducted portfolio reviews and evaluated marketing strategies. Produced arts marketing and business seminars.
