Projects:
FedexKinkos, the leader of office service solutions and managing the flow of goods and information on a global scale. This project involved the measurement of quality and service (using metrical information), across the different subsidiaries of the parent company.

Wachovia Bank, the fourth largest bank in the country recently merged with South Trust Bank. Prior to the merger, the two banks ran on different Legacy systems. The aim of the project was to create a system that would run South Trust accounts’ automated transactions after the migration of accounts.

Responsibilities:
• Perform requirements gathering while adhering to SDLC industry best practices
• Prepare documentation including diagrams and charts in an effort to identify and realize the processes and flows involved in the system.
• Project tracking documentation including justification of delays and any scope creep
• Gather and document business rules and effectively implementing them in system flow.
• Documenting the requirements and participate in making the complete use case model.
• Conduct analysis that identifies current as well as future state of business processes.
