Objective
To obtain a position that will allow me to utilize my expertise in training and program management skills along with my Masters level educational background.

Summary of Experience
Fifteen years of Intel experience in roles ranging from program manager of automation training to instructor, instructional developer for web and traditional training material; to process engineering technician. Vast knowledge of factory systems and start-ups and have taught more then a thousand classes to technicians, managers, engineers and vendors. I have lead domestic/international Virtual Factory (VF) teams and have demonstrated commendable customer relations that include attention to detail and results orientation. Having exceptional writing and verbal communications skills I have

Program Manager - Automation Training ( – Present)
• Develop project plans based on product requirements and supporting project sub-plans.
• Develop project success criteria, success thresholds and project priorities.
• Identify project objectives, deliverables, constraints and principal work activities, with project sponsor.
• Manage projects throughout the project life cycle ensuring that work is conducted effectively.
• Manage the impact of scope changes within established time, cost and quality constraints/priorities to meet project objectives and relevant stakeholder’s needs.
• Identify audience and the impact of implementing a new automation product.
• Work with customers to identify instructors for new or revised application training, planning and implementing train the trainer sessions for instructor training.
• Deliver software application classes to new hire technicians, engineers, assignees and vendors.

Instructional Developer ( – )
• Design and edit training materials for Automation, Thin Films, Planar, Litho, FSG and Metrology areas working with various online web tools: One Stop Training, TEDS.
• Partnered with engineering locally or in other domestic/international sites to develop effective training materials for new technology start-ups.
• Ensured the checklist for new processes were submitted on or ahead of schedule.
• Lead Virtual Factory Training teams for Thin Films and Planar to ensure synergy and continuous improvement.
• Assist in maintaining the Training Department web page.

Process Engineering Technician ( – )
• Promoted from sputter technician to engineering process technician. Assisted with the Anelva startup and tool qualification, maintained specs, response flow checklist (RFC’s), and also tracked monitor and abort trend charts to ensure the quality and stability of tools. Received an Anelva team award for fastest startup in VF.
• Assisted with P AMAT startup and tool qualification, trained on P in DB-Oregon to deliver training to D-Santa Clara technicians.
• Thin Films Functional Area Coordinator and Peer Trainer. Trained numerous technicians on P/ processes.

Process Equipment Development Technician – Intel Contract Employee ( – )
• Conducted a Varian M sputter evaluation and generated a final report for engineering in preparation for choosing an alternative tool for P.
• Worked closely with Applied Material and Sematech to perform equipment and process burn-in on P Applied Material ILD.
• Supported Diffusion operations during the closure of Fab .
