ACCOMPLISHMENTS
As project administrator for TRW Systems, was one of six employees out of that received TAP (task achievement award) for creation of short and long term corporate objectives and goals for the management task.
As project administrator for TRW Systems, was one of four employees out of that received TAP award for creation, development, and implementation of metrics used to evaluate business and monetary reporting processes.
As Event Planning Manager for TRW Systems, managed all event and outreach programs for the organization. Supervised teams of - employees. Out of employees, was the only employee asked to oversee event, meeting, and outreach planning. Received five Special and STAR awards for efforts effective event management, vendor negotiation, customer service,leadership, and keeping plans under budget.
As Team Leader for Holloway CBI, was certified as a Consumer Interviewer by the Associated Credit Bureau Association. Received highest score among employees.
As Team Leader for Holloway CBI was the only employee that was cross-trained in every department, as well as the only employee out of who provided daily support to each department in addition to duties.
