Duties: Provided support to program managers. Provided back-up support for Director’s Administrative Assistant as required.
Responsible for scheduling and setting up for meetings (refreshments as needed), took minutes of meetings as required, prepared memos and letters (using a PC)—made distribution, making sure of correct format, grammar and spelling, and answered a multi-line phone. I prepared transparencies for presentations. I was responsible for collecting timecards and distributing paychecks.
