| The Visual Merchandising Coordinator supports the Visual Merchandising Manager; will work to assist in the planning and direction of merchandising related to in-store product presentation and space allocation, and point-of-purchase material development and execution. Primary Responsibilities Create and maintain planograms using JDA Intactics Computer System to support product space allocation and planning. Coordinate and manage the collection of data from various sources necessary to support category strategy including; product images, item movement data, product samples. Create field and retailer visual merchandising execution guides. Maintain field and retail facing merchandising order forms including; item images and physical item library. Coordinate and maintain visual merchandising and upkeep of corporate office retail studio including all retail fixtures. Coordinate and manage the collection of all high resolution photography and artwork to support all retail development work. Assist in upholding merchandising standards of Benjamin Moore to cross functional corporate teams, field sales teams and retailers. | |||
| Required Skills | Qualifications: Four-year college degree or equivalent business experience. Minimum 3+ years in retail environment; advanced retail experience in visual merchandising and space planning concepts. Ability to merchandise category assortments in a logical and creative presentation. Detail oriented with strong organization skills with a complete understanding of visual and product merchandising principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with adherence to deadlines Flexible to shifting priorities due to changing trends of business and projects Ability to work well cross functionally with others. Strong operating skills of JDA Intactics Computer System. Strong operating skills of Microsoft Office. Experience operating AutoCAD and 3D Store Modeling Program | ||
