| Business Analyst – Digital Studio The Business Analyst – Digital Studio is responsible for supporting the ongoing design, development and maintenance of Benjamin Moore’s websites and digital assets. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Work with internal customers and outside resources to analyze information needs and create detailed functional requirements relating to the creation of digital assets in support of digital initiatives. Assist the development teams to verify the digital assets perform according to the functional requirements. Trouble-shoot and resolve technical issues related to the websites and digital assets. Work with and develop an in-depth knowledge of our digital asset library to ensure efficient asset utilization and life cycle management. Identify issues and provide suggestions to improve the overall quality of the company’s digital assets. Provide input in adding new features and functionality to support overall business objectives and projects. | |||
| Required Skills | Bachelor’s degree in IT, Digital Services or related field. 5+ years of business analysis experience. Self-motivated and proactive; able to organize and manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision. Experience in gathering requirements from stakeholders using interviews, JAD sessions and or other techniques. Demonstrated experience in leading requirements definition and management activities for moderately complex digital asset projects. Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated excellence in documentation skills with a strong attention to detail. Experience building user scenarios, use cases, process flow diagrams, and writing detailed functional requirements documents. Demonstrated experience in using software packages including, but not limited to, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Visio. Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and collaborate effectively with customers, business representatives and the technical community. Demonstrated experience in presenting complex technical information to a non-technical audience. Demonstrated experience in executing test plans and test scripts a plus. | ||
