The Associate Manager - Marketing Programs primary responsibilities include the development and execution of programs created by Brand Management, Brand Development, Retail Services,  and Color Innovation and Leadership that support the organization’s sales goals and communications objectives.
 More Specifically;
 Supports the following marketing programs:

Color Innovation & Leadership
Project Future
Brand Development
Product launches and activation

 
 Program Management:

Responsible for assigned marketing programs from conception to production, including creative briefing and review, compliance, digital integration, media activation, production and implementation
Executes these programs on time and within budget
Responsible for the development of creative briefing documents for agencies
Interacts with appropriate program owners  and production coordinators in the development of creative and final art
Responsible for all required translations, working with production coordinators
Responsible for all legal approvals
Responsible for M-code assignment, if necessary
Oversees the management of program  related budgets – including tracking of invoices and processing 
Responsible for on-going status reports to Marketing Programs Manager
Responsible for on-going tracking and post analysis of all programs

 
Communication:

Works collaboratively with internal customers on all assigned programs
Ensures all necessary parties are aware of project timing and details
Works with retail services to obtain M-codes and distribution requirements
Works with Corporate Communications to communicate programs to appropriate parties

 
Required Skills4 year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
3-5 years’ work experience working in a marketing environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficient in MicroSoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
Ability to effectively prioritze work assignments.
