channel partners on the CS2100
Product portfolio. As a technical
support engineer, the selected
candidate must have great
troubleshooting skills and
knowledge of a CS2100 system
including call flow, networking,
SIP and configuration. The
selected candidate will interface
with multiple product support teams
to provide them with the necessary
information and data to determine
the need, creation and validation
of patches. Key skills include a
high level of verbal and written
English, methodical troubleshooting
approach, organization and ability
to document updates in the issue
tracking systems without
supervision or reminders.
