Job Description:

Professional sales representative positioned geographically to represent the West Coast to include but not limited to CA, NV, WA, AZ, UT & CO.
Service the Hardwood Flooring Distributors and end-users to increase sales and profits, along with adding new distribution for future growth.
Business Development:

Develop and manage territory by opening new accounts and growing within existing accounts.
Train and develop existing and new accounts to increase sales.
Assist in outside sales growth by calling on flooring contractors.
Implement new product launch program.

Relationship Management:

Managing and servicing existing customers by meeting and exceeding their needs, handling complaints, building relationships and forming new relationships for long-term growth.
Educating distributors and end-users on product and industry knowledge.

Required Skills:

Proaactive, action-oriented sales individual who is a leader and goal-oriented. Personable, self-motivated,committed to drive for results, good follow-up and enjoys working with others to grow business and profits

Experience Required:

College/university degree perferred, at least 2 years experience in sales.
Hardwood Flooring industry experience required.
