25 hours/week

This individual will assist Perkins (AAS and certificate) students in clarification of life and career goals, educational planning, course selection, understanding of College policies, procedures, and resources, implementation of co/op internships, and review of academic progress with focus to those programs of study under the Perkins Vocational Act (AAS and certificate students).

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Student Personnel Services, or related field required. Experience in personal or career counseling or in advising diverse student populations in a post secondary setting required. Proven track record of working with at risk student populations.
