Description:
This individual will develop and implement programs to improve the competence and effectiveness of all of the College’s human resources and the identification, development, and retention of key leadership talent. Also, provides overall guidance to training and development activities throughout the College.

Master’s degree required with a minimum of three to five years experience in Human Resources preferred. Experience in Training, Leadership Development, Organizational Development and/or Talent Management is required.
