Description:

This individual will provide leadership, management and supervision of the Student Success Center. Also, oversee the development and implementation of academic, transfer and personal counseling services; health and wellness services; and related grant funded programs for a diverse and heterogeneous population of students, and when appropriate, prospective students, employees and the public.

Master’s degree and at least three years of progressively responsible experience in higher education administration. This position requires evidence of success in working with a diverse college student population; demonstrated knowledge of student development theory, research, and best practices; and a commitment to collaboration and communication.
