Job Description:

The job exists within BP to partner with the Talent, Resourcing and D&I Management Information Manager to obtain US demographics people data for various sources (see SIPOC below); analyze that data to uncover statistically negative variances with the employee life cycle (e.g., resourcing, learning & development, performance and rewards, talent management and exit); conduct research to offer preliminary recommendations to address these negative various and scope out and possible lead) project to address these negative variances.

Qualifications:
• Requires a BA/BS in Human Resources Management or a related discipline. A range of 2-3 years HRIS experience in medium to large corporations or an equivalent combination of related and education experience is required.
• Working knowledge of HR databases (e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.). Demonstrated ability using techniques to analyze and manipulate data.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to labor and compensation.
• Requires strong command of Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, use of pivotal tables & filters, etc). Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as: Access or FileMaker Pro is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data requests into reports and summaries is expected.
• Effective oral & written communication skills. Ability to communicate with a wide-range of people is necessary.
• Possess previous experience maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, exuding tact and diplomacy.
• Must be customer service oriented with the ability to anticipate future needs.
