Job Description:
The job exists within BP to partner with the Talent, Resourcing and D&I Management Information Manager to obtain US demographics people data for various sources (see SIPOC below); analyze that data to uncover statistically negative variances with the employee life cycle (e.g., resourcing, learning & development, performance and rewards, talent management and exit); conduct research to offer preliminary recommendations to address these negative various and scope out and possible lead) project to address these negative variances.

Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS in Human Resources Management or a related discipline. A range of 2-3 years HRIS experience in medium to large corporations or an equivalent combination of related and education experience is required.
Working knowledge of HR databases (e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.). Demonstrated ability using techniques to analyze and manipulate data.
Knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to labor and compensation.
Requires strong command of Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, use of pivotal tables & filters, etc). Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of relational databases such as: Access or FileMaker Pro is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to translate data requests into reports and summaries is expected.
Effective oral & written communication skills. Ability to communicate with a wide-range of people is necessary.
Possess previous experience maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, exuding tact and diplomacy.
Must be customer service oriented with the ability to anticipate future needs.
