Description:
The Property Services Business Development Manager will provide procurement support to implement Property Services market sector and category strategies within the Segments and Functions. This includes providing tactical and strategic procurement sourcing expertise and delivery and provide the link to local business requirements working on property services procurement activity across all the property services market sectors globally. Working closely with the property teams within the segments and functions will understand business needs and support the market sector and category managers in implementing the market sector strategies. Will be proactive, responsive & flexible, and provide leadership in Procurement to the BP Business Units and Functions stakeholders. Will be comfortable in working with Property stakeholders at all levels.
Job Dimensions
?Delivery of sourcing projects with project spend usually greater than $1m.
?Interfacing with multitude of stakeholders and suppliers across the world.
?Products and services bought & consumed by employees from across the entire BP network.
Qualifications:
?Track record in Procurement witin a blue chip environment or construction of facilites management environment.
?Experience of working cross culturally
