Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation. 4 day work week. Hourly rate starts at $10.50
Prepares rotor lam for pressing on shaft and performs balancing operation. Hand winds and wraps rotors/stators. Coordinates face of order/bills of material to ensure correct assembly. Performs final assembly of electric motors. Performs testing analysis on each assembled motor. Maintains established production and quality standards. Winding experience desired. Electric motor and related subassembly experience desired. Must be familiar with the use of precision instruments: micrometers, gauges, vibrometers, and testing equipment. Must be able to read blueprints, bills of material and face of order. Must possess good hand/arm strength. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in environment of oil substances and solvents. Must be able to work with fiberglass insulation. *Females are encouraged to apply*.
