Job Description:
Regional Sales Manager directs and manages a sales team in multiple territories within a region to achieve/exceed sales and profit goals. Successful candidates monitor the overall performance of all direct reports, provide prompt objective coaching, counseling, and advice, and set individual sales and procedures. Candidates must have the ability to instill performance-based culture in the sales team, as well as the ability to exploit business opportunities while managing risk. The position requires a Bachelors degree, and 5-7 years of relevant work experience, or a Master’s degree, plus 4 years experience. Corporate, divisional sales, and sales leadership training are also required. Prior experience mentoring/coaching territory managers, and prior experience in the recruiting/selection process is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required. Position requires some overnight travel and some air travel.

Candidates can be located in Dallas, TX, Houston, TX or New Orleans, LA.
