Construction Project Manager – (Grocery Store’s) OVERVIEW Established more than twenty years ago, this Company has achieved a high level of success assisting clients with the design and development of facilities and structures in the retail environment. Focus: the Company provides in-house architecture, construction management, real estate development and property management services to clients in many parts of the United States. Most recently, the Firm has seen a significant amount of growth in markets across the Western United States. They have completed and/or have developed more than 16 million square feet of office and retail space throughout the industry. We currently, have opportunities for two Construction Project Managers. Position: Construction Project Manager Location: San Jose, CA Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 plus benefits Requirements and Qualifications: Construction Project Managers needed for new construction projects with 7 to 10 years experience in: Restaurants - Ground-Up, T.I. and Retail, Large Box Buildings/Concrete tilt-up, and/or Grocery stores (Albertsons, Ralph’s, Raley’s, Bel Air); the successful individual’s will also bring be a highly energetic, go getter mentality and have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Construction Management; design and permitting experience a huge plus!
