Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, generates agreements and proposals, handles site inspections as needed, and otherwise relieves catering managers of clerical work and administrative duties. This person is highly involved in the sales process and communicating with the clients. Position requires excellent guest service and telephone skills. Person should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and be able to learn new programs quickly. Person should be highly motivated and detail oriented.
