People within the Client Operations workgroup are responsible for day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Job Description The Conversion Data Architect will ensure that all conversion execution is completed on schedule and accurately, including verification/validation coordination with other teams and client business representatives and with consideration for compressed cutover windows to minimize production interruption. The Conversion Data Architect will have some client interaction with client resources. The Architect will also engage the appropriate technical and functional resources to assure the correctness of the implementation and to resolve any issues. Key responsibilities may include: • Work with legacy points of contact for extracting data from legacy systems • Work with functional team to ensure accuracy of master data for each Mock • Develop and/or maintain objects for loading master data and converting legacy transactional data • Create data entity forms/execution scripts for conversion objects • Log execution results at the completion of each Mock • Resolve issues causing rejects • Reprocess errors to meet targeted thresholds • Perform detailed data validation to ensure accuracy of converted data • Assist customer with functional data verification | |||||||||||||||||||||
