Accenture Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Centre or, in some cases, an Accenture office. People within the Client Operations workgroup are responsible for day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Job Description: The SAP Consultant Lead will work with clients and implementation team to design and build configuration and design custom development objects. Position will be involved in all aspects of solution testing including test script development and execution and error correction. Position will be involved in deployment, including conversion activities. Key responsibilities may include: • Contributing to and driving development of project solution within assigned sub-team • Detailed development of all aspects of assigned business sub-processes and/or activites, minding integration between activities and sub-teams • Development of detailed configuration rationales and designs as well as system configuration build • Ensure proper reporting of whereabouts and status; report own whereabouts to Sub-Team Lead • Manage reporting and escalation of sub-team issues to Sub-Team Lead • Participate in daily checkpoint meetings • Provide input to and implements group policy within area of expertise • Leverages deep knowledge of one complex SAP functional or business area in a manner that provides business value to the functional team Qualifications Basic Qualifications: • 5 years SAP experience • Bachelor\'s Degree Professional Skill Requirements • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Please submit resume online at https://tas-accenture.taleo.net/servlets/CareerSection?art_ip_action=FlowDispatcher&flowTypeNo=13&pageSeq=2&reqNo=213129&art_servlet_language=en&selected_language=en&csNo=10003#topOfCsPage Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
